Booking details and messages

Booking controls prepare details such as your activity, package, travel date, time, guest count, transport choice and estimated price. Some forms also ask for guest names, ages, pickup location or additional requests. These fields stay in the page until you choose a contact channel; the website does not submit a separate booking form to its own server.

Opening WhatsApp passes the prepared message and a random booking reference to WhatsApp (Meta). You can review the message before sending it. WeChat shows our contact QR code and lets you copy a request; you choose what to send in WeChat (Tencent). Email and social links also open external services. Their privacy policies apply to information handled by those services.

Details you send help us reply, check availability and arrange the requested service. Necessary trip details may be shared with the activity operator or transport provider handling your booking. Avoid sending passport, payment card or sensitive health information through a general enquiry unless it is needed and a suitable channel has been agreed.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics 4 and Ahrefs Web Analytics load only after you allow Analytics. This choice applies to visitors in every region; we do not use your IP address to decide whether to ask. Declining creates no analytics event queue for later replay.

Our own analytics events describe pages, activities, selected packages, travel dates and times, participant counts, transport selections, estimated value, currency, language, contact channel and a random booking reference. Campaign labels and referral sources help us understand how visitors find us. Our custom events remove page query strings and fragments and do not include names or the free-text booking message.

Google processes browser and network information and may store analytics cookies. Ahrefs describes its default web analytics as cookie-free. Both remain optional here. Advertising storage, advertising user data, ad personalization and Google signals are disabled in our website configuration. Provider-managed measurements and storage are also subject to their policies and account settings.

Other services used by the site

Review widgets are a separate optional choice. Allowing them loads the Google review widget supplied by review-widget.net (grwapi.net) and the Tripadvisor badge (jscache.com and Tripadvisor). These services receive browser and network details, may make additional requests and may use cookies. They stay unloaded, including the remote Tripadvisor image, when this choice is off.

Currency conversion requests current IDR exchange rates from ExchangeRate-API (open.er-api.com). This functional request sends network information to that provider; it excludes credentials and the referring page. If it fails, the site uses fallback rates. Displayed conversions are estimates.

The hosting provider, Hostinger, serves the site and may process ordinary access logs, including IP addresses, requested URLs and browser information, for delivery and security. Fonts and activity images are hosted with the site. Following map, review or social profile links takes you to the selected third party.

Browser storage and retention

Necessary local storage remembers your privacy choices for up to 180 days, after which we ask again. When analytics is allowed, session storage holds campaign attribution with a 30-minute inactivity limit; closing the tab normally clears that session. Revoking analytics clears this attribution and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies for this site. Third-party cookies cannot all be removed by our website.

Booking form fields and currency selection are held in page memory. Reloading may clear unfinished details. The retention of chat, email, confirmed booking records, hosting logs and provider-side analytics varies with the service and operational needs; we have not published a fixed retention period for those records. Your choices and requests

Choose Only necessary, allow all optional services, or set Analytics and Review widgets independently. Reopen Privacy settings in the footer or below at any time. Turning off a previously allowed service saves your choice and reloads the page to stop already-loaded scripts. This does not undo information already sent to a provider.

If browser storage is blocked, the choice applies in memory to this visit and may need to be made again. Clearing storage or using another browser also resets the choice. You can manage cookies directly in your browser.
