A request needs confirmation

The website prepares a WhatsApp or WeChat enquiry; pressing a booking button does not create an instant confirmed reservation. Tell us your activity, date, package, guest count and transport needs. Availability, the final price and arrangements must be confirmed in the booking conversation.

Prices and payment

Activity pages show the included service and any stated exclusions or extra charges. Other currencies are estimated conversions of IDR prices. Check the agreed currency, total and inclusions in the written confirmation.

The website does not collect card details or payment. Its booking model does not require prepayment through the website. Confirm the payment method and timing with the team for your chosen activity; do not assume the same arrangements apply to every operator.

Guest details and activity requirements

Give accurate dates, guest counts, ages when requested and pickup details. Travel dates use Bali time. Tell the team if a requested arrangement changes.

Age limits, safety requirements, preparation, pickup coverage and timing vary by activity. Read the product page and follow the activity operator’s instructions. Ask before booking if you are unsure about suitability, accessibility or a transport arrangement.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

The chosen product’s cancellation conditions and your written booking confirmation provide the applicable deadline and charges. Our cancellation and refund page explains where to check them and how to contact us. There is no single cancellation rule for every activity.

Weather, transport and operational conditions may affect a trip. Contact the team about the options available for the specific booking; a replacement, date change or refund should not be assumed before it has been confirmed.
